7223-7224-7225 Spotted at 239 coupled to a work train diesel. May have been coming back from a conversion but that was very difficult to verify. The truck work was new. So maybe coming back.
So it begins eh.... did you happen to see a car numbered 7900 by any chance?
EDIT: It probably came back; it was reported missing for around a month now.

I'm wondering that as well, cause otherwise it makes no sense to renumber like this.
1001-1002, 1011-1012, 1015-1016 at JFK.
1003-1004, 1007-1009, 1014 at FR.
1005 and 1013 in storage.
1004 *1996 bus still at Zerega for training.
Pretty sure a "1017" will pop up anytime soon lol.

I was informed that Artic 1008 (NOT THE REAL ONE) was seen at Cross Bay Blvd and 157th Ave O/S JFK stickers on it. By any chance does any one know or have 1008s real #? Thanks in advance.
I guess these 1000-series are the new batch of renumbering... wonder what 1002-1007 are if they exist (definitely 1002-1004 exist)
EDIT: Does anyone know if the other 1000-series have the same font as 1001? (1001 has a strange font that could be seen on some ex-Bee-Line Orion 5s such as 111).

Are R142As 7221-7230 being converted to R188s at this time? And if anyone knows, are any other R142As (besides 7211-7220) up at Yonkers yet?

812 to Scrap/Storage, 859 only one left in service at WF.
Looks like either those Orion 7s at WF are almost done, or service is returning to normal after the hurricane...

if it wasn't for sandy and the need for the shuttle buses, would the older buses have been retired sooner or the new buses have been 'held up' a little longer till it was time to bump off the older buses?
I heard somewhere that the MTA is "keeping older buses past their service lives" because of Sandy, but I doubt that the new buses would have been affected.

Wow, so I guess they took an option after 6395 then...

The big problem is the orders were rushed
Well New Flyer was falling way behind schedule, especially for those XD60s... I personally believe that they will do better with bus quality if they are able to stay on schedule next time.

Oh boy....
To prevent conflict, I ask how the R188s are doing and if any are at Corona yet. (Heard they were supposed to enter service in May or June).

I have a question about this G.O
Do trains have to deal with share the loop with the or some other method is used?
They do. There's a video of a train passing South Ferry on the outer loop (during the GO).

I'd laugh if the R188s ended up being delayed...
But I wouldn't be surprised. ( delaying your way)

I could have sworn that 5437 was 1004, and that 5447 was possibly 1007, as according to 7-11.
