    Staten Island is the only borough to not have any repainted buses...smh...only staten island

      Because most of the buses there are new or with the o5s case, they don't care. Not really surprising.

      They aren't up for the repaints just yet. They are already going through a small shortage of buses in Charleston and Castleton with Yukon taking a hit.
