Grand Ave places decals on all the loans they get so it's not guaranteed it is a permanent transfer.

Grand Avenue does not place decals on all the loans they get. There were many buses from Fresh Pond that didn’t get Grand Avenue logos.

From the looks of it, it looks like Grand Ave doesn't place stickers on Brooklyn loans but places stickers on other division loans.

They'll still have to rotate the local buses out of there later in months or so. From what I remember, the maintenance is done at JFK. FR is pull-ins/pull-outs at that depot and that the fare is collected from their farebox. 

* Their own fleet for now are the Prevosts and MCIs for the Express

Do they fuel the Orions at FR or is that also done at JFK?

Far Rockaway does have a fueling area so yes, the JFK units can be done there.
