A few thousand people are still without power in parts of Queens, but it's not like hundreds of houses were flattened and several died. The threshold is 25 million dollars in damages for it to be eligible for federal funds. Thing is most of the hoods that were hit hard were upper middle class and you know how that works. Yeah, just the northern tip of Ridgewood got hit. The area from Fresh Pond Rd on eastward. I wonder what parts of Maspeth got it since it borders Ridgewood.
