I wonder though if FEMA is going to send help. Ok, not trying to downplay the storm but it's mainly property damage. A few thousand people are still without power in parts of Queens, but it's not like hundreds of houses were flattened and several died. The threshold is 25 million dollars in damages for it to be eligible for federal funds.

 

Thing is most of the hoods that were hit hard were upper middle class and you know how that works. Park Slope, Forest Hills, Middle Village, Bayside...

Yeah, just the northern tip of Ridgewood got hit. The area from Fresh Pond Rd on eastward. I wonder what parts of Maspeth got it since it borders Ridgewood.
