Q25toJamaica Posted June 13, 2008 Share #28 Posted June 13, 2008 I like the blackbacks on RTSs. But I like whitebacks on Orions.
m106crosstown Posted June 13, 2008 Share #29 Posted June 13, 2008 Why are they making all of the buses Whitebacks when they are spending more money and time repainting them. Didn't they use to have Whitebacks on the buses a long time ago and stopped it because of the time and money?

nycbusfan Posted June 13, 2008 Share #31 Posted June 13, 2008 I saw many buses with ad wraps on the back of them yesterday so that could be a reason for this.
Future ENY OP Posted June 13, 2008 Share #32 Posted June 13, 2008 I saw many buses with ad wraps on the back of them yesterday so that could be a reason for this. I thought MTA killed the idea of ad wraps, but it looks like the idea has resurfaced. I noticed 8225(LAG) with a state farm wrap, and a good amount of manhattanville buses 84xx buses and 92xx buses with ad wraps.
Orion Posted June 13, 2008 Share #33 Posted June 13, 2008 I thought MTA killed the idea of ad wraps, but it looks like the idea has resurfaced. I noticed 8225(LAG) with a state farm wrap, and a good amount of manhattanville buses 84xx buses and 92xx buses with ad wraps. Notice he said Ad Wraps at the back, MTA took off FULL Ad Wraps, but not the RTS with the ass wrap.
