Due to an over-usage of power in Brooklyn, the and trains east/south of Franklin Avenue cannot run at all due to all those tracks not having power. (making B'way express stops) Queens-Bound trains runs via Whitehall/Brooklyn local. runs between Whitehall Street & Coney Island. runs on 63 Street/6 Avenue (via ) before switch to express tracks north of West 4th and via Brooklyn Bridge.
