Also reroute B39, Q32, Q60, Q101 and QM Express buses. - No service b/w West 4th Street & Brighton Beach. - No service b/w West 4th Street & Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center. - No service b/w Essex Street & Marcy Avenue. - No service b/w Lower East Side-2nd Avenue & Marcy Avenue. - Via Tunnel. - No service b/w Broadway Junction & Chambers Street. B39 - Restoration cancelled until Williamsburg Bridge is repaired. Q32 - Via Queens Midtown Tunnel. Q60 & Q101 - Terminates at Queensboro Bridge Plaza. QM buses - Rerouted via Queens Midtown Tunnel. This is the quick one, for the few hours after trains: Trains north of Grand Central run from Grand Central to Woodlawn, all trains stop at 138 Trains in the power cut zone stop in the next station if enough power is in, if trains ahead, go to back of train Trains in Brooklyn run to Livonia Yard trains: In the Bronx, half go out of service, the others run via . In Manhattan from Grand Central to 149th, downtown trains turn at Grand Central, not stopping tho. Trains in the power cut zone stop in the next station if enough power is in, if trains ahead, go to back of train Trains in Brooklyn run via the trains: In the Bronx, certain trains run from 138-3rd Avenue to Pelham Bay, suspened.
