It isn't any harder to use or look at for me. I do miss the colour picker, it gave us an option of what the site looked like to us. I would change my colour every 3 days lol. If there is definitely one thing I'd change, it's the condensed typeface (located in areas such as the navigation menu, forums headers, and "login" drop-down at the to of the page).
