Who knows, maybe they just want to get the newer buses first and wait until all of the lousy Orion V CNGs are gone before they repaint/wrap the rest. Saw a SCT bus on 110 in Amityville and the sign was all scrambled up, I was like "wait, how could this be? That's a nice fail. Veolia must be secrectly taking over SCT!"
