  1. I'd refer you to the post made by one of the moderators not too long ago.
  2. Wouldn't be surprised if its a loan for the day. Some Market St buses are borrowed on ocassion.
  3. I never understood why Ydanis Rodriguez was put in charge of the DOT when he was only a member of the city council in Manhattan.
  4. It will be a while before Express service returns to normal as the express would be running in one direction once the middle track is used for Trains when the renovations begin at the 52nd and 69th Street stations.
  5. https://www.facebook.com/100064719755169/posts/pfbid02zAsYVJYayyZswcxC2nm735Mvtjo8z5gX457mPEpee6L83bxrGwNwPoEREAe4fDVkl/?mibextid=CDWPTG NJ Transit is giving some of their current fleet a retro look. Not sure how long it will last, but it's something to be on the lookout for.
  6. I will have to agree with dispatching. A lot of their services are inconsistent, with gaps in service and buses leaving in bunches even when there isn't any traffic problems on the route.
  7. The drop off for the Q48 is in front of the GNC store.
  8. So the bus stop changes made to the Q17, Q48, and Q50 in Flushing are now permanent after the opening of the new staircases on the Train station.
  9. For those that need confirmation on JFK Orions that are at Eastchester to be scrapped: 3508, 3511, 3531, 3568, 3600, 3638, 3644, 3654, 3663 are in the lot.
  10. The link is no good on phones at times, so here's a link to another news site about it: https://www.reuters.com/markets/deals/truckmaker-volvo-buy-proterras-battery-business-210-mln-2023-11-10/
  11. 21298 (Ex Academy) at Oradell. 1622 at Morris from Egg Harbor (Most likely a loan).
  12. At first I thought it was due to the pandemic, but the last time the buses were out on the 42 was in 2018. I forgot the reason why it was axed so I hope someone that does know can answer the question.
  13. 7412, 7605, 7668, 7690, 7695-7696, 7703, 7705, 7726-7727, 7738, 7750, 7755, 7823, 7840, 7859, 7866, 8033, 8270, 8289, 8979 (21 units). Anyone can correct this list if needed.
  14. Those were Coach USA units. Academy had 21277-onwards before those moved to NJ Transit. Side note, 21270 is now at Oradell.
  15. Several Hale Novas received bike racks. 5445 and 5467 have them as well.
  16. That would have been rough with the other routes being sent over to 86th (M1, 2, 3, 4, 96, 101, 102, 106, and 116). It will be interesting to see the 60 make the stops in The Bronx. It has 2 stops along the detour at Gerard Ave and on Grand Concourse.
  17. It showed up on BusTime as an active SIM6 in the area for some reason.
  18. 7157 has always been a Wayne unit. Meadowlands has 7167-7168, 7171-7172, 7175, 7177-7178.
  19. I’m not sure it’s always necessary to post whenever a bus is sent to Zerega. It doesn’t change where the bus is assigned to, just where the bus is at physically. Same with loan moves that happen daily at Stengel and Tuskegee.
  20. I'm pretty sure nobody singled out that specific move as being wrong.
