So NJ Transit is still going along with designing the plans for the Hilton garage to support electric buses. From what it states, they might move some buses to Ironbound and Westwood when construction at Hilton gets started.
MyBus doesn't have the 24, 31, and 44 online so I was wondering what garages are operating the former Coach USA routes. I can see from the image above the Ironbound NABI on the 24, but I was curious about the rest.
So two people have been arrested for the vandalism incident that disrupted service on the Broadway lines a few weeks ago: A 14-year old (Name undisclosed as the person is a minor) and a 48-year old named Davide Perre.
Re-new-vation is not complete at 145th Train Station like the list said. They started removing old tiles during the past few weeks and the walls are exposed now.
This should partly give a reason why the trackers aren't showing northbound B60's. There are other long-term service changes on the route that's affecting the tracking of buses.

Even if the uses the middle track after 145th, they would still be stuck behind a whenever the catches up to it when switching back to the local track or running in Upper Manhattan. It seems that people that made the proposal severely underestimate how many people use stations below 242nd: 231st for the connections to Riverdale routes, 225th for Metro North, and 207th to connect to the 12 +Select. In the PM rush, a lot of trains empty out at 231st not 242nd. Same in the AM when passenger loads pick up at 231st. This would just lead to empty trains that don’t stop a critical transfer points in Upper Manhattan and crushed trains because of the inevitable reduction of train service as a result of these changes.
I don't think it will work as some trains are on layover on the express track in The Bronx. Then the issue would be the stretch between Dyckman and 145th with the lack of an express track which can slow down both and service if either train decides to crap itself.
I doubt there's space to fit Trains on the 7th Ave express with and trains, so it would have to deal with the drawback of sharing the track with the just like in Upper Manhattan.
I'm pretty sure that the would just cut down Train service if the is brought back in any capacity, which in turn would anger riders that would now have to wait longer at stations the would not serve.
Remember that the express track at 61st is inaccessible, so say the TOMC decides to crap itself between Queensboro and 52nd then it would be hard to divert Trains stuck behind it. Same thing would happen if a regular has problems along that corridor. They're most likely playing it safe, even if running the TOMC along the Flushing line is doable.
