Not to be rude, but those responses were in reference to the entire redesign plan. If the Bronx is getting redone, that means all the data they collected for all 3 boroughs so far has to be redone and started from scratch, including Brooklyn. From what I hear, the Brooklyn redesign draft plan was halfway done before COVID shut everything done.
