  7. It's true, they have toxic bombs in their mouths that screw up everything, guess how long it took for the MTA to find a solution to replace the blue +SBS+ lights, they also opposed off board payment because the fare machines would "occupy sidewalk space", as well as them wanting to profit off the Bayonne bridge construction, preventing the DOT from shutting down a deteriorating bridge over the SIR which they deserve for it to collapse just over a 6 month rehab of a frickin pedestrian bridge, I just can't I quit with that borough, they're just the hole of New York City Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  8. Listen Ik I keep stressing about the Bx36 but towards the end there is no reason for you to make it seem as a roasting session when what is basically occurring a civil discussion about the issues of a certain bus route that in particular is known for its issues and as well as this thread being "Bronx Division Proposals/Ideas" not referring to people as "complications" and besides that, literally throwing a mouth bomb in their faces in a Proposal/Ideas thread. 9. Yeah but in a city like New York you got narrow streets that can't accomodate bus lanes, if parking is taken away people complain even if it's rush hours only, Community opposition would shoot a plan with a single bullet, just like how Macy's shot down the 34th St Busway because it would interfere with their Thanksgiving day crap which is only once a year, Q44 only got bus lanes for a short section in Flushing because community opposed for loss of parking. Do not even get me started on the Road Block of NYC, Staten Island the most annoying borough in the city which is never conformed with anything. The @holes that shut off the Blue +SBS+ lights, the ones who made it a complete Satanary to add bus lanes on Hylan Boulevard, the ones who opposed off board payment on the S79 +SBS+, the one's who complained about an ADA Compliance alarm at a Bus Stop, the ones who begged for +SBS+ because they were feeling left out from the rest of NYC, as well as opposing off board payment even though it was required to do so to make the S79 real +SBS+ The ones who complained over a closing bridge that crossed from both sides of the SIR, the ones who find it offensive to repave a road without their own consultations. That borough is a complete fatal existence, anything bothers them, everything is inconvenient and unnecessary, Staten Island is the challenge of uniformity in NYC because their horrific satanic mouths have to nickel and dime everything they see being proposed or worked on, Screw that borough, and these are the challenges that has to be gone through to get something workin' Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  10. With that new school on White Plains Road and Bruckner Blvd, Complete HELL by the time it opens, and coincidentally a bus stop is right at the door of that new school. Bx36 is gonna skyrocket, hopefully we get all 5 XN60s testing to shorten the time that they'll be drafted into service and not a repeat episode of 673 - 677 where only 1 bus made it and the other sent back for months. 11. No one is saying it should have it's own fleet and show off the route, obviously bus drivers get different routes, and you are not getting the point, the Bx36 LIMITED is crowded and needs articulated buses to mitigate overcrowding like now. Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  12. The Bx36 needs an intermediate solution because the 2017 - 2018 School year is right around the corner and those buses get packed during the school year and March 2018 is 8 months away which is too long and honestly those buses look like sardine cans, 2 Months ago on my way home I was standing and holding myself next to a farebox because the bus was completely packed and this has been a known issue for YEARS, and there is no way something as simple as rotating the fleet to accomodate a route seems complicated as hell, if the Bx36 operates on a run based system (Local - Limited and vice versa) then restructure the runs to make accommodations and tweaks to the route, and your statement was like saying a D60HF on the Bx12 Local goes +SBS+ back. Bx12 Local and SBS are basically the same routes but their fleet is not interfering with both services on the route, same should be for the Bx36 LIMITED and Local, LIMITED with artics and Local with 40 Footers that simple it ain't rocket science, it just requires adjustments and reconfigurations of the route setup. 13. Exactly my point, if it's because of the runs then they should work on restructuring these runs so that way the process of adding artics is not a nightmare and can improve and facilitate service quality. Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  14. Well if the problem is the setup of the run, then the runs on the Bx36 should be restructured to accomodate use of artics for the LIMITED, Garibaldi makes sense on this it is inexcusable that runs can't be restructured to accomodate them. If the Bx12 Local & SBS are treated as separate routes for Bus fleet accomodations then the Bx36 LOCAL and LIMITED should be treated as separate routes to make it work. 15. Damn MTA really relies on them Orions despite how soon their tanks will expire. Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  16. Damn ENY, those OG Oranges are right by the boot. Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  17. You think that the XN60s for MTA are getting the shaker tests by now? Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  18. So after all these years MTA has been profiting off NICE Bus' s rent, while everyone thought MTA no longer has business with Bus service in LI? Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  19. Why are those buses going to a NICE Bus depot? Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  20. Rockville Center??? Isn't it still managed by NICE Bus? Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  21. Well RIP Bx36 1947 - 2017 Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  22. I heard XN60s will be on the Bx6 +SBS+ next year, DOT should find a solution for the 155 St Bridge, that curve at the intersection is a knife cutter, thing is sharp as hell that 40 Ft buses have to make a wide turn into the 2nd lane to make it through, I feel that the DOT should have expanded the turning radius at the Macobs Dam Bridge. Sent from my SM-G550T1 using Tapatalk
  23. I would suggest making the Bx36 LIMITED exclusively articulated, that route is SARDINE HELL in there. There is more than enough artics to cover the LIMITED, hopefully by the time the XN60s come in we get a permanent solution but from now to March 2018 that's what needs to happen to just balance out the route, it's too crowded but at least it's on time on a average basis.
