  1. Yes, they are. All are there in and out of their assigned depot. 4052 that's at Baisley Park had that same problem back then but they fixed the GPS afterwards. Still in-service.
  2. A little notice when it comes to upcoming buses being retired, not to be negative or as said above disrupting info, when checking units, please try not to use the online tracker to determine final word that it's retired. Some of the units are actually out in passenger service, however, after maintenence at the depot, the tracker on some are disabled and cannot be looked at. Units are 4011 and 4072 that's in-service but won't pop up online. * 4074 (in passenger service but may also not be online)
  3. The R62A trains cars that were seen during the 96 St derailment: 2206-2210 and 2271-2275 are back in service. They are at 350 cars, 35 trains. 2176-2180, 2411-2415 are the pairs with heavy damage. 1896-1900 is a parts units at 240 St Yard.
  4. No, it was not.. It was only mentioned at the fleet topic that they are at the vendor (it's not considered as a transfer) and they will reach to approxinemently 10 units when all are delivered. But for now, not all of them are at LGA.
  5. They did have a total of 30 units back then as Next Gens as their main local fleet. Gained 3 buses extra. But from the post, it's a yes. Basically, 40 in total. Although, the units rotate between the two (it may not be 20/20 but whatever is sent to FR as they also have LFS Novas in their pool) but still marked as JFK.
  6. Added on unit, 4486: Eastchester unit that was first out of LGA, retired but used as a parts bus.
  7. 4037, 4454: MTA Bus Next Gens had version 3 screens but no longer in use as they are retired.
  8. * 9272, 9277, 9278, and 9279 are present at the JFK vendor. Waiting to be delivered to LGA. Once they are at the depot, they will be around 10 units present at said location. * Also, Eastchester has completed their XD-40 order that started around October 2023 up to now February 2024. With the exception of one unit, 9354 that's subject to change.
  9. 4392, 4454: Baisley Park retired from passenger service with no OMNY and Farebox. it serves as a parts units for the remainder NG fleet for now. Although, BP still has enough buses for service, 43 in total.
  10. The Version 3 screens on 4145 has been disabled. The bus was retired after months of storage at JFK.
  11. 6021: Casey Stengel XD-60 unit has the blue and gold wrap treatment
  12. It may sound wrong but in my opinion, with more R211s running on the by the springtime. Pitkin Yard should move some of their R46s sets and AA units over to Coney Island Yard for the to avoid any shortages that can happen. Retirement can wait. The even sets, not much can be covered for at least 1 train of R68s that runs on the Franklin Av Shuttle. Coney Island uses most of the R68/As at times that they barely have spares. Although, most of the R46s at the yard are put to rest including the rush hour.
  13. There is a quote from a person on the comment out of the new XD-40 that was at LGA. Also, present at a NYC Bus & Motor Coach group that featured a photo of 9029 that was first at JFK Depot. He actually is out of JFK Depot and was said that 40 units are expected for the said depot. I know I mentioned 20 per depot but it's only out of the math that 1/2 of 40 is 20 but the numbers are not straight assigned between JFK and FR. Although, it's understandable to wait until they get a standard XD-40 there so, there won't be any predications that'll be wrong.
  14. 9273 was on the Q53-SBS early today. Currently, they are running only 40 footers. Credit to r142a_7795
  15. "In Brooklyn, no between Brighton Beach and Coney Island-Stillwell Av Beginning Feb 16, Fri 9:45 PM until Feb 26, Mon 5 AM runs between 96 St and Brighton Beach, the last stop. Shuttle Bus Free shuttle buses make stops between Brighton Beach and Coney Island. Transfer between trains and Shuttle Bus at Brighton Beach or Coney Island Accessibility Take the or instead for direct service between Manhattan/Downtown Brooklyn and Coney Island. Transfer stations: 34 St-Herald Sq Accessibility | Atlantic Av-Barclays Ctr Accessibility | Note: During this time, there is no service between Kings Hwy and Brighton Beach and no service between Kings Hwy and Coney Island. What's happening? We're replacing tracks"
  16. A 8-car train of R42s have also been saved alongside the R32s. Those R42 cars are not part of the garbage fleet but also used as a protection train or for special occasion. * 4804-4805, 4806-4807, 4808-4809, 4812-4813
  17. With ECH missing just one XD-40 for delivery, the question is, are the older XD-40s able to go back to LGA for service or that they are still needed for training purposes?
  18. 4588 has the bike rack removed. Although, it's parts have been removed and will not be used in passenger service.
  19. They do have all the XD-40s minus one at the depot. Also, JFK has new LFS coming in and LGA getting a few XD-40s in service that can move a few NGs over to JFK. So, that one unit, ECH didn't bother to move it to JFK.
  20. Yes. It's the same with the Nova LFS. One LFS did see service on the Q35, last month.
  21. Rotation, it's like the Next and Old Generation Hybrids that are at that depot by the train close to Beach 44 St. A unit like 3698 or 9043 will be on the Q22 for today but next week, it'll be on the Q6. All the standard local buses are out of JFK but selected 50-60 units out of there go down to Far Rockaway and switch from time. The Express MCIs and Prevosts are their own (Far Rockaway decals are placed). Far Rockaway Local Routes: Q11, Q21, Q22, Q35 and Q41
  22. For the upcoming XD-40 order out of MTA Bus, for JFK, it's said that they'll receive 40 units. However, they'll be split in 1/2: 20 of them will be at JFK while the other 1/2 will be at Far Rockaway for their local routes (example: Q22 and Q35). The numbers can be rotated so they still have the same 40 unit total.
