Alright, using my other three bus simulators has become a hassle because they either crash, freeze, or don't work with my driving wheel because they're not the most well-built games. I started OMSI the other day, and for the love of god, couldn't figure out how to set up my Logitech Driving Force Pro GT wheel with it. I fiddled with the settings and I think the wheel is recognizable, but given I'm pretty new to the game, it doesn't work in-game and I don't think I've even figured out how to create a new game. I think I'm lost. Is anyone willing to help me set this thing up for the first time with noob instructions?

Jamaica is a busier hub than Hicksville, so the busier buses are coming out of Jamaica in the morning and going to Jamaica in the evening. The amount of reverse commuting service that is in place does get some ridership, better than if it was still just the 78/79 to Mineola. Hicksville is a hub and does serve a lot or ridership, but not as much as Jamaica. Yeah, east of Glen Cove Rd, it is a bit boring, but you get to see some nice forested areas and a horse farm.

Well, that doesn't make much sense then? He said the bus left at 16:20 from Jamaica which is 4:20 pm. That means the bus was east of RFM by 5:30 pm, which is right into rush hour. I see no reason why there was light ridership on that N24, other that most of the people in the evening are heading into Jamaica and in the morning, are heading into Hicksville.

Did you see any N24s east of RFM headed in the opposite direction? What did their ridership look like?

Thats nothing important. The committee is just required to meet on a certain basis. The agenda shows nothing worthwhile to go to.

That is a lot of work for the company that is making the signs for NICE. Veolia should be a bit more easy, considering not many companies bid on their procurements as it is. The dates keep getting extended.

God forbid they should put a good, worthwhile ad like that on the back of seats on buses in the United States, but no. Never seen it before in this country.

They were being wrapped at Mitchel Field for sure, so I would guess painting would happen there too, but I'm not entirely sure they have the facilities for that. Not necessarily because the facilities are different than what NICE was left with. Had the whole RBO merge really happened and had Long Island Bus really became part of the , their facilities would have been upgraded and most everything would happen there. However, that's not the case.

The 3Gs sound good, look good, but are getting tagged up quickly. That's how they're doing.

I'm gonna guess that the reason 1808 is still not returned but is out of the 's hands is because it is being painted.

You should suggest it to NICE then. They've put stickers for drivers not to use their cell phones and that NICE is hiring, so putting one more sticker on the buses couldn't hurt.

Wow, some of you are greedy when it comes to requesting signs (Threxx ). I always thought we had more users making these things. I guess some retired from doing so. Please?

If NICE were to put cameras in the back, it would catch the graffiti artists doing their dirty work. But NICE only looks at the video footage of a bus if it gets into an accident. They probably don't have the time to check the footage of every tagged bus just to catch some guy who if caught, will at most get a fine, and that money will go to the County, not NICE. A sign that there are cameras will defer some people, but it won't stop it. Isn't there already a sign in the front of bus that says theres cameras on board?
