It was my third MTA model at the time when I purchased it in 1998 Notice the HUGE MTA logo on the side. It's next on my list to be upgraded, and restriped. Still, it looks better than it did a year ago. The new kids on the block. 8752, is my first 126th Street bus, and 8912 is my first Eastchester bus. 9525 is my flagship, and also the first MTA model I ever had. I got it in 1997, before 9525 had even been delivered. It was also the prototype for my first whiteback. (As seen on my prifile pic) The colorful bus in the back is 5213 from East New York. Shortly after 9/11, I sat down to design a "memorial bus." I will post a close up another time. Also see in this pic is ex-GBL 1171, now MTABC 5926 of Far Rockaway.
