Due to switch problems at the Lexington Avenue-63rd Street Station, Jamaica-bound (F) trains are running on the (V) line from the 47-50th Streets-Rockefeller Center Station to the Queens Plaza Station.

 

Following an earlier incident, (G) train service has resumed with residual delays.

 

Also, due to a signal problem at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue Station, there are delays in (N) train service in both directions.

 

In addition, due to ongoing signal problems at the Beach 44th Street Station, there are delays in (A) train service in both directions.

 

Please expect delays in (F), (A) and (N) train service at this time.

 

 

IS It DOOMSDAY Already?!

I just got off a Coney Island bound (N). Everything seems to be running okay with the Sea Beach line.

 

I did see two (:rolleyes: trains running on the Broadway in the PM rush.

This morning, when I was at Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street, I saw two southbound G Trains in the same station. One was already in the station. The other train was behind it was just a few feet from the train in front. What happened?:confused:

Due to a smoke condition at the Jackson Heights-Roosevelt Avenue Station, World Trade Center-bound (E) trains and Coney Island-bound (F) trains are running local from the Forest Hills-71st Avenue Station to the 36th Street Station (in Queens).

 

In addition, due to a smoke condition at the Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street Station, Coney Island-bound (D) and (N) trains are running local from the DeKalb Avenue Station to the 36th Street Station (in Brooklyn) .

 

Please expect delays in service on the (E), (F), (D) and (N) trains.

 

Also, due to ongoing signal problems at the Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue Station, please expect delays in (N) train service at this time.

Allow me to add on to what happened today

 

Because of a signal malfunction ( 7:30PM) @ Willets Point - Shea Stadium, (7) Trains were delayed

 

To add INSULT to injury

 

Because of a stalled train @ 90th Street (same time) (7) Trains were delayed even further !

 

25 minutes later....

 

All manhattan bound (7) Trains ran express from Main Street to 74th/Broadway.

 

On a side note, I finally get to see them utilize the switches @ 74th! It felt soooo different
