Orange & Hilton have traded buses & this is a offical move. Orange got 5831 - 5851 but there maybe b more but as 4 Hilton idk which one's they got in return. I'll have to keep an eye out 4 that. but the reason behind this move was so that hilton would also have buses with the shields as orange does.

You have to change the Egg Harbor Roster big time. A lot of the NOVA RTS buses that were assigned to Newton Ave and were displaced by the 5900 and 6000 series NABIs have migrated down to Atlantic City. Saw 1201, 1206, 1207, 1251, and 1577 up and down Atlantic Ave, some of the buses still have their "Burns Honda" and "Cherry Hill BMW" ads still on the buses. A lot of the "baby" RTSs are still running too.

 

There may be more 1200's in AC as NJT probably moved the 14-1500s up north.

 

 

Get your picturs of them [i did and will post them tommorrow] because I don't know when NJT will suddenly put new NABIs in AC.

 

 

I'll have it for the next update when I get the new roster for Hilton.

Ok something interesting i saw while i was at the supermarket in irvington on Springfield Ave.

 

While i was finishing up paying for the stuff i happened to look at the windows and all i see is a MCI D4000 Cruiser driving on by i'm thinking like ok? why would a MCI be here in irvington then when i got to the irvington bus terminal i saw that same one parked there and i got a closer look and saw that it said "Student Driver" on the back and the Number was 7950.Its times like this i wish i randomly had the camera on me so i could of took a picture lmao but yeah i wanted to share that.

 

And oh yeah i saw 5979 and 5993 on the 25 while i was there to.

That's what i saw and this was around 11:50am and if that's the case that would be really interesting unless the driver was going through there for a completely different reason but for it to be parked at the terminal that leaves questions.

Yeah ok, Hilton would complain about that, simply because they don't want to get robbed. If they have the 107/108 on MCI's, you know the amount of possibilities of issues that can and WILL happen? There is a reason why those lines do not have MCI's.

Last time I recall, NJT Instuctors take their students to one of the two places to train their students: Meadowlands, parking lot next to the stadium or a huge parking lot in Irvington, where they practice driving w/cones set up around the area. Meadowlands is their first choice. If Meadowlands is pre-occupied with an activity, then Irvington is the second choice. I believe MCI 7950 still belongs to the same garage listed on the roster.
