Exactly what areas are impassible? And, how can the (N) for example go in one section from Coney Island to Astoria without using the Broadway line?

It's possible, look:

(N): Via 63rd Street, reverse railing onto Queens Blvd. That's the only way it can be done, and I'm not doing that, sooo...

(N): Queensboro Plaza-Astoria & Court Street-Pacific Street.

(Q): Via 6th Avenue in Manhattan, terminating at 21st Street-Queensbridge, 57th Street-6th Avenue, or Broadway-Lafayette...

(R): Via 6th Avenue Local & Bridge.

There. I didn't follow your rules.

NEXT: Construction of a new high-rise condo on Roosevelt Island causes the 63rd & 59th Street tunnels to close. 53rd Street must carry all normal services. Good luck! (Roosevelt Island station can't be used, all other stations can be used.)

World Trade Center and the middle tracks at 2 Av are unusable.

They actually had a problem like this last year on the (E) during a heavy thunderstorm (that somehow effected the switches at both stops). What they did was send the (E) to Church via Culver (F) , until the problems was fixed ( only one or two trains actually went down there)

FASTRACK has come to the Queens Blvd line. No trains can run between Jamaica Center/Jamaica-179 St and Court Sq-23 St/21 St-Queensbridge. Try to run shuttle buses as little as possible, but you can certainly run them. Court Sq and 21 St-Queensbridge stations may be used.

I'm going to assume that this FASTRACK, like others, is nights only:

1. (R) stays in Brooklyn as the usual shuttle.

2. (F) runs to 21st Street.

3. (E) suspended.

4. (M) stays in Queens/Brooklyn as the usual shuttle.

5. Shuttle buses that run from Queensbridge, Lexington Avenue and Queens Plaza via Queens Blvd, and provide service to the Jamaica terminals.

Here's what I'd do:

(E) WTC - Court Sq

(F) Coney Island - 21 St-Queensbridge

<7> trains run non-stop from Queensboro Plaza to 74 St/Bwy, use express track until 69 St

Shuttle buses run in two sections:

Shuttle busses would be used. There would also be some extra buses on the streets that have these subways (Ex: The Q60 on Queens Blvd).
