I wondered that too. Especially in A Div school car, when I was at the Corona yard. They are right next to each other.

If so, it probably would have been a long time ago, back before FRA rules became really strict. (Like when BRT and LIRR would interface).

There were refences to a connection at Hunterspoint Ave when there was an inspection shed there, before Corona was built.

BAT (Brooklyn Army Terminal) also has an old train in one of the buildings, in the outdoor area-  Anybody can check it out.  And if you find the right guy, he'll let you go in the train.  I have a bunch of pictures.  Here are a few random ones I have laying around, of an inactive train used during World War 2 by the Army:

My input: From my understanding, the South Brooklyn Railroad is the one at 9th Avenue, and the yard at the 39th Street Terminal no longer exists. If you look on Google Earth, it's all a huge parking lot now.

I thought that was an smashed R62.... Any way are there still any remains Of the South Brooklyn Railway Or Cluver Shuttle? And does any one have a track map of the Cluver Shuttle at 9th Ave ?

I'm not sure, but when I'm there in 2 weeks I'll find out.

BAT was used to store Army supplies.  The 3 floors that I work on were used as death beds for wounded soldiers   You can still see the outlines on the floor where the cots used to be.  Off topic, this is where Elvis was deployed from when he joined the Army

I found a video on youtube of the locomotive, but without any freight attached:

^^ Oh wow, they dismantled the yard? Had no idea.

they sold the yard, and the tracks were reconfigred to run through it to a new connection to NYNJ Rail on first ave.

What are the grey lines and Letter Y on the cluver shuttle track map? Was those trackes used By the KK?

Y= yard. the other grey lines are Out of service tracks the shuttle didn't use.

So the mta wasted money building 2 platforms and tracks just so the SS couldn't use them. We're they ever used?
This is beyond dumb. The Culver Shuttle was the bit of the Culver Line that was cut of when a ramp was constructed from the IND South Brooklyn Line. The Culver Line at that point was a Dual Contracts structure, so had three tracks. So when the ramp to the earlier mentioned IND was opened, it was cut off and single tracked, so only one platform remained in use. The platforms were in theory built by the City, because Dual Contracts, and it was a three track structure where only one track was actually there. The Culver Shuttle started in 1954 when the connection opened, and back then the Transit Authority was a thing of it's own.

EDIT: almost forgot, the platforms were used when Culver Line trains fed into 4th Avenue and therefore likely Broadway or Nassau.

If we are both refering to the first linked photo, it looks a lot more like an older commuter railcar than an R62, to me.......
