I mean, it's going to be retired eventully. Although, tbh, the message isn't appopriate on the outside world. Like me saying to someone to hope the person gets sick for a long time. But, ends up getting it because he/she has food posioning .

Yeah exactly.

4358: JFK to scrap. This Next Generation has the front part removed with payment options as well.

Also, 4188 is active at JFK. The unit was out of service for long term repair but cannot be looked up online as GPS is disabled.

Greetings!

So I had a look at the Eastchester depot today. While the majority of the buses I'm listing were already reported, I still wanted to list what I saw:

4141 & 4142 are sitting on the reserve lot.

In the scrap lot were the following: 3266, 3424, 3661, 3670, 3675, 3695, 3712, 3754, 3760-3761, 3802, 3806, 3962, 3975, 3984, 4023, 4037, 4040, 4042, 4117, 4267, 4376, 4392-4393, 4415, 4454, 4496, 4532, 4548, 4582, 4646, 7548, 8708

How come 4141-4142 are at the reserve lot?

If the NGs continue to be actively retired then, they could be gone by the end of the year.

2009 and 2010 are slowly getting retired but the 2007 OGs and 2008 NGs are probably gonna be gone by the end

Also noting, these OGs used to dominate NYC alone (hundreds of them) and now there's only 11 of them left. They had such a big mark on the MTA since 2002. Im gonna miss them

If you ask me, I think the 2007 OG HEVs and the 2008 hawker xt HEV units will be gone before the end of the year. And yes I’ll miss them also.

4202 is not retired as it was on the Q7. 4154 is also not retired as it is still at the depot.

I seen it at the depot but to be honest, there's an error on that part because my mobile device wouldn't let me edit before the hour mark and that I had a lot to do after the midnight shift.

3668 is retired in its place.

Just wait until the bus is towed out of there. Its a bit of a pain to keep up with your posts that sometimes are proven wrong regarding buses with no farebox and/or OMNY readers.

Removed the last few posts due to them not contributing to anything in regards to this thread, along with a few others just posting for no reason at all.

And please, I'm only going to ask this once before folks get warnings applied to their account. Report buses ONLY IF they are at Eastchester scrap, being parted out or if they've haven't seen service for more than 3-4 weeks or so. As I've said before, removal of fare payment systems DOES NOT always mean its being retired. I feel like I've said this more than once already. As mentioned by Seveneleven in another thread, we do not want this place to be a source of misinformation, so make sure that whatever you post is 100% solid, this especially applies to you @Calvinwith your posting habits and history.

If you have no business posting in this thread and is posting for literally no reason at all, stay out, you know who you are.
