    There was a solution for the window size already out there and in revenue service before they chose to make the doors 58 inches wide, they simply chose not to do it. The worst part about the small windows is that it neuters the effect of the (finally) full color destination signs.

    As others have mentioned before me, it will be a while since it has to travel the system to test clearances first I am also hearing that they are shooting for the revenue 30 day test to take place next summer.

    As in a GPS once installed on a Prevost was installed in an LFS and the number attached to it was not reset.

    I almost agreed until you mentioned the M15... All door boarding alone has made a vast improvement in the service as have the on board cameras for bus lane enforcement. The problem is that the lanes are only part time and revert to parking in off-hours and on weekends.

    The MTA getting caught with egg on their face again when they retired too many buses early before receiving a new fleet that now has teething problems? The city really is coming back!

    The Bx13 reading is not necessarily wrong but it does contradict the bus stop signs that say Bronx Terminal Market on them. The solution here would be to have a traditional two line reading with "BRONX TERMINAL MKT" over "RIVER AV-149 ST".

    I do find it odd that they were running 10, 11, 12 sometimes 13 units at a time up until last weekend and then all this week its been only 3 or 4 out tops.

    Has there been any confirmation on whether the 94xx options are BAE or Allison propulsion?

    From what I've heard (I'll defer to the ops on here), if you have any kind of temperature they won't let you do your route out of an abundance of caution and that's why there's so many missing trips.

    Darker colors like blue hide dust better than white. It also helps that the stripes are a wrap that can easily be reapplied onto the base when needed.

    Nova has to send the buses to a subcontractor to do the blue and yellow paint. I'll bet that most of those 98 buses are still in their white base layer.

    I personally see it as no different than announcing every single delivery in the other thread but I guess that's just my opinion.

    They were running full service before without the R32s. The only reason they returned is because the R179s had to be pulled for those inspections.

    Might have missed this one earlier but 9664 made the trip over from Jersey and is now physically in Kingsbridge
