  1. Everyone in the next class is starting on Monday. (9/13) They all went to MAC this week.
  2. You need to go to DMV and change the type to NI. (Non Excepted Interstate) You can keep the A3 restriction on it though.
  3. You can make that easy if you work the list at Charleston. Hell, even some of their work runs (floaters) pay that much. If you want to do extra service, there's so much open work right now that you can pretty much pick and choose. In SI, since you learn all the routes, you can work whichever depot's work.
  4. There is built in OT yes and that gets calculated into your run pay. But your entire run, whatever it is, is scheduled. It's anything extra outside of your run that is unscheduled that counts as OT.
  5. Flood damage Nah. Maintenance already went through it and put it for scrap.
  6. Overtime is considered to be anything unscheduled. If your run pays 9:33, that's all straight. If you work after your clear time or during your swing, that's all overtime.
  7. It's still the country club. People are asleep by 10pm. You can make way over 40 easily. What's your target amount of hours? Also, less time spent on the commute means more time to work OT.
  8. When they put together classes for example this one is for 10, they pull extra people just in case people in those 10 are no good. So the 11th person in that batch will take let's say the 2nd person if they don't take the promotion.
  9. They're looking for 10 TA, 5 reserve for this class. #66 got their file pulled as the last reserve.
  10. I just checked and Jamaica doesn't have any school trippers on routes outside of what I mentioned above. So you're good there.
  11. Castleton has no power to the building right now. They only started the storm cleanup this morning.
  12. There's gonna be several maintenance moves from Castleton to Charleston and Yukon over the next couple days. You all can ignore them.
  13. Q3, 4, 5, 17, 84, 85, 30, 42... Not counting the school tripper routes
  14. It has to be a dress shirt. You have to wear the uniform representative of being a conductor and since they don't wear polos, you can't either.
  15. 15 to 23 might be right. Zerega flip flopped a lot of times on training classes because of COVID.
  16. 8399 nd 8715 are at Grand for work. I saw the move happen this morning.
  17. Do you have the passenger endorsement? If you do, then you don't have to take it. If you don't, then yeah you will.
  18. You will be doing both to get to/from your relief point, depending on where you have to go. Staten Island does reliefs outside the depots, so it's just a matter of going downstairs. But let's say Manhattanville or Quill for example, you will be taking the bus or train to your relief point. If there's any new damage to the bus, it'll be obvious. The shop tends to smooth out prior damage, so you can tell the difference between the two, most of the time. So if it wasn't written up or can be explained, refuse the bus.
  19. Might be tough. Might have to go down a couple side streets to find something. If you take public, take the E/J train to Jamaica Center and then the Q4, Q5, Q42, Q83, Q84 or Q85 bus to Merrick and Liberty and walk the block to the depot. And also congrats.
  20. If you have the Class B with the airbrakes and passenger endorsements, then no. You would just have to pass the 10 day training.
