      Provided you know how to present yourself (being well enough spoken & well dressed for the interview) & don't have any priors, good chance you'll get the position...

       

      these retail stores need all the manpower they can get right now....

       

      the downside is that turnover is on the high end though....

      If your High School grades or GED scores are high enough Community Colleges will usually exempt you from those tests. Though 4 year senior CUNY's I believe still require you to take them. Honestly the only possible way a Community college would reject you is if they are over capacity.

      Companies are more interested in specific skill sets for w/e position that needs to be filled these days...

      i have to agree, colleges shouldn't be a continuation of hs. colleges should be to prepare people for jobs.
