The Broadway Line (N)(Q)(R) is Shut Down (Lexington-59th to Whitehall) for approx. 2-3 years due to a mix of problems.

The (T) line is now built, and running from Co-Op City to State Street-South Ferry. Broad to DeKalb on the (J)(Z) is available for service.

Have Fun :o

 

(J)(Z) skip-stop suspended, run via Sea Beach

(F) some trains rerouted to 95 Street (R)

(G) extended to Coney Island to replace missing (F) trains.

(T) rerouted via Manhattan Bridge (via Grand Street) and Brighton. Shuttle train from Grand Street to South Ferry.

(Mx) From Chambers Street south to West End.

(4) local from New Lots Avenue to Atlantic Ave, (5) suspended.

(:o - all times from 145 St to Coney Island via Sixth Avenue Express/Central Park West Local/Brighton Local; extended to Bedford Park Blvd, rush hours

(M) - rerouted via Nassau Street to Coney Island via Fourth Avenue/Sea Beach

(N) - suspended due to length of closure and no accessibility to Coney Island Yard

(Q) - suspended

(R) - all times from Forest Hills to Bay Ridge via Queens Blvd Local/53rd Street-Sixth Avenue Local

You used the same idea as me to have the (T) run to Coney lol but my service plans were:

(N) 125th Street/Broadway to Coney Island (Express, all times), rerouted via 6th Avenue Express after Atlantic Avenue then via 2nd Avenue Express after 63rd/Lexington

(Q) Astoria-Ditmars Blvd to Queensboro Plaza (Shuttle, all times), transfer to (7)<7>

(R) Suspended

(J)/(Z) Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer to Bay Ridge-95th Street (Skip-Stop between Atlantic Avenue-Pacific Street to Bay Ridge/95th, Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer to Myrtle Avenue, late nights (J) all local)

(:o Suspended

(T) Co-Op City to Coney Island-Stillwell Avenue (Local, all times), via Manhattan Bridge after Grand Street and Brighton Local, stops at DeKalb Avenue

<T> Co-Op City to State Street-South Ferry (Express in Bronx, peak direction only, Local in Manhattan, weekdays only)

Based on the scenario Iamthe1 posted, the Broadway line would be out of commission for 2 to 3 years. It's not like last weekend where the Astoria line could run a shuttle and all would be good. Those cars have to be serviced every now and again and they wouldn't be able to get to Coney Island or any other B Division yard because of the isolated line.

Due to policy activity at Battery Park, following trains are affected.

(1): Trains run to Grand Central via Old South Ferry Loop.

Grand Central-bound trains run to Rector St, then via South Ferry loop, making uptown (4)(5) express stop to 42nd St-Grand Central, stopping on Brooklyn-bound (4)(5) platform . 242nd St-bound (1) train will run express to 14th St-Union Sq, making all stops to Bowling Green, via South Ferry loop, making regular (1) stop at Rector St. During this time, Battery Park City Shuttle bus will run overtime and Seaport-bound bus will pickup passenger at Warren St/W. Broadway.

(2): Runs on (5) line.

(3): Trains run in 2 sections.

Between Harlem-148th St &

(4)(5): Trains run local between Grand Central-42nd St & 125th St.

(6): No (6) trains between Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall and Grand Central-42nd St. Grand Central-bound (6) train pull up on uptown express platform.

(S): Trains on Track 3 runs on southbound local track to 14th St. Times Sq-bound train will be same side.

I think immna take a crack at this one.....

 

By some impossible divine foamerish way (lol) the (L) in and around Broadway Jct collapses, then collapses onto the (J) below. There's now only 1 way to access the yard now and that's from west of Bway Jct on the (J)

Since no thru traffic is allowed you really can't do much. I'd have some (4) or (5) run local though. Thankfully, most of the major stations along Broadway can be accessed by another line.

2. Between 57th St-7th Av & Coney Island via West End Line. Trains run on (R) between Atlantic Av-Pacific St & Canal St, making express stops north of Canal St.

(N): Trains run on (R) between 57th St & DeKalb Av.

(Q): Trains run on (R) between 57th St & DeKalb Av.

(R): No trains between Queens Plaza & Whitehall St. Select trains run on (E) between Queens Plaza & Whitehall St. Some trains run on (M) between Queens Plaza & 2nd Av (F) Station.

Shuttle bus connects to World Trade-Chambers St-Park Place, Fulton St, Wall St, Bowling Green, South Ferry, Rector St, Broad St, Essex-Delancey Sts.
