Mkouassi Posted April 18, 2011 Share #28 Posted April 18, 2011 Big tree was supposed to have 47 buses but instead they have 44 buses at Big Tree due to their three buses headed to A&C transportation. Hopefully, Big Tree would regain it's fleet back to 47 buses (5742-5756,5758,5761-5792) if the metros are still around. speaking of the metro-Ds, I have seen one on the 78 line just now when I was waiting for the 40 to Jersey Gardens Mall. BTW, my info could be false regardless.

But I do wonder how the Metro-Ds are retiring; do they go to the scrapyard like in my video. And I didn't know that the 5790-series NABIs were here now! Along with plans to save a 40 ft nova 2625 and 30ft 2501. Plans are in the works this from there website. They also have two old njt MC-9 buses I think 6106 and 5036. Not sure about 3529 I think someone else has that one. Also the staff rejected getting an ex njt 5500 series eagle.
