The only bus that NJT took back of the 21000's that is still unregistered is 21248 (ex Suburban Transit) which is still getting fixed. This leaves the 6500s left to be converted. Training is rushed plain and simple. Those 5300s are on borrowed time and Washington Twp refuses to accept any transit Nabis.
