Oh, just to get you started:

Power: Z (on all trains)

Reduce Power to neutral: A (on all trains)

Brake on trains with one handle: Q

Brake on trains with two handles: Period

Release brake on trains with two handles: Comma

Still not working...

Thanks for the help though.

*sigh*

In LegacyContent, you have to CREATE the object and sound folder. You then take the folder INSIDE the object folder of the archive (not the folder named Object) and put it in the folder you created. It should work. Do the same with the sound folder.

Since when?

@TSS, you need to update your OpenBVE.

THANK YOU so much Brighton and Threxx. It's working (sort of). One problem: the power button, Z, isn't working. So, my (F) train is basically coasting out of Coney Island at 2 MPH or so...Anyone know how to fix this?

You need to set the reverser forward using F to move into forward and V to move into reverse.\

And as I said before, I STRONGLY URGE YOU to update your (F) line to v. 4.5. It's a much better route that way.

OK....

When you download it, move it to your desktop. Make sure you also have downloaded the (A) and (Q) lines, as they are dependencies. Once you have installed the (A) and (Q), unarchive the (F) update. Copy the folders into Object/Route/Sound, overwriting anything it asks you too. All three lines should then be updated.

Exactly. I've gotten it to work perfectly; I just don't know the file name for the decompressed new (F) folder, so I can't install it.

Please view the readme included with the download as it contains instructions on how to install it.

Once it decompresses just put merge the route folder with the route directory and the Sound folder with the sound directory and the route folder with the route directory.

If for what ever reason it decompressed and it doesnt show those three folder, but instead shows the ontents of the 3 folder you would have to :

Put this folder into the sound directory (railway\sound)

(CulverS)

Put this folder into the route directory (Railway\route)

(NYCT-F [v4.51])

put these folders into the Object directory (Railway\Object)

(8thAve)(Culver)(IND Valley Stream)(LefShut)(NYCTCommon)(Octavia)(V Line)

If you still have problems, i can help you install it via teamviewer.

In regards to the F7, here is the result of my tinkers to it:

Other versions that I am coding for as of this upload are 2 freight versions at 55 and 65 mph, and other passenger versions at 71, 83, 89, and 95 mph. This one is geared for 102 mph max speed and can be downloaded here: http://www.mediafire.com/?de9udd557eyn8ja
