The (B), Coney Island and More

Recommended Posts

Today I railfanned with MTR Admiralty. Things didn't go exactly as planned (instead of meeting up at Roosevelt Ave. we didn't meet up until Brighton Beach) but we spent a lot of time photographing the remainder of the slants on the B. So if you saw Harold and Kumar railfanning today, well, that was us. Sorry that some the photos are blurry, especially the ones toward the end, I didn't get a great RFW heading towards Brighton Beach, and over the bridge it started to rain which toyed with my camera's auto settings.

Trip Highlights -

(7) from 82nd Street to 74th Street (I was walking from the library)

(E) from Roosevelt Avenue to 7th Avenue

(;) from 7th Avenue to Brighton Beach

(Q) from Brighton Beach to Coney Island

(N) from Coney Island to Pacific Street

(B) from Atlantic Avenue to Herald Square

(F) from Herald Square to Roosevelt Avenue

Woah, you found the last R40 pair. The rest of the slants that are left are R40a.

Nice work man. ;)

I must track him down and wait till he throws a finger then snap! ;) jk

Nice shots! When taking pictures from the RFW, I suggest raising the contrast so it will come out more clear, they still came out great though. B)

lol Thanks! That was the (B) I was on so I took two pictures of it, once at Atlantic. I got off at 34th, walked up to the front and took another. I think he saw me but I'm not sure.
