*I would of taking the entire R46 (A) but the Train Operator blew train whistle at me and started talking crap claiming photography is not allowed, and blahblahblah.. Sad that most T/A workers dont have the BRAINS to look at the rules! God bless the ones who knows! Taking shots on the MTA Property is allowed with certain limitation Review Section 1050.9C of the (MTA) Rules of Conduct if you THINK its not allowed which is false!: http://www.mta.info/nyct/rules/rules.htm

I edited my first post, but I'll post it again in case you don't see it:

Did that T/O honk at you? I'm pretty sure that's against the rules, isn't it??

Oh yes he did, he blow it to startled me and stop me from taking the train, but i kept strong and still took it, which lead me to go toward his window, where started talking crap and so. At the end he blew it again at me, cuz I got my index finger and waved no regarding his part on the state law bs. Which he thought i mean't no about taking pics. So he blew.. and i left..

And I believe it is illegal for a T/O to blow whistle, if u remember the C/R exam they had a question about when is using the Whistle allowed. And it mention when its construction for example. So most likley he did. I dunno tho cuz the Conduct doesnt say anything on that. =/ But it must be a rule.

@AWWang Thanks =)

I see you remembered that question from the C/R exam. Yes, the T/O violated the rules.

Yep, that's exactly why I knew that was against the rules, lol.

=)

Talk about irony.. while the T/O yells @ mark for breaking a rule that isn't actually a rule, he himself breaks a rule.

Go figure...

Nice photographs you have there, if you were at Coney Island yesterday, April 5,2009, you would have seen me photographing the Coney Island station, and their train cars. Anyways, keep up the good work. A train operator honked at me on the (Q) as well, but he was saying hello, not getting into an argument.

Good shots man.

I had a T/O on a 40 Slant B start honking the horn to me and my friend for taking pictures of the train..... and then a T/O arriving on the express track on the D starts getting all nosey and starts yelling at us too. I kinda think its a matter where some T/O's dont want there picture taken with the train.
