These are my first Metro North collection. I normally do New York City Transit related but wanna do something different. These shots are from Tremont, Fordham and 125th Street - Harlem Stations. Enjoy and thanks for watching! =)

Thanks =) . I did do that blow whistle sign with arms lol, which some did. Dunno if it had to do with approaching station and/or Road bridges

Quick question ,in the pic where the M7 is rounding the turn .It looks like a major development is going up on the right. By any chance do you know what they are building?

The engineers typically signal one short blow of the horn when they are entering a station.

While I don't know exactly what is being built, the construction is on Fordham University Collage grounds.

Remember, there are no grade crossings in NYC other than the Lower Montauk and Little Neck Pkwy/LIRR Port Wash.

I guess Suburban ares have railroad crossings. I wonder if subway yars count in NYC, seen a few. Btw Thanks~!

Nice Photos! Railfanning Metro North is good clean fun; you should do it more often ;)
