      I took to long to get off, the B/O was about to leave the stop and I had to RUN to the door. Slammed right on me, and the B/O was thinking I needed medical attention because I was standing outside getting a video lol. He probably thought I couldn't move or something.

    Goddamn, I gotta ride one already! What routes are they most common on? I was at JFK (airport) the other day and the Q10 was 100% OG/NG Orion VII from what I could see, but I hear they are around on the Q60.

    I'm talking about the NEW cars that are being built NEW. I'm pretty sure the R142A traction motors are no longer made by Bombardier, and Kawasaki hasn't used them at all for traction motors lately. For rapid transit cars, they've really only been using Siemens, except the R160Bs that have Alstom propulsion since they were built in a joint venture with Alstom.

    Wouldn't they have to make them into 10 car sets at 207th or Pitkin? 10 car sets can't run in the eastern division in any way as far as I'm aware, in revenue service or not.

    We're not getting rid of Sprint. The unlimited data is a BIG thing for us. If it was just me on a single-line plan, I'd probably get MetroPCS, but Sprint's not that bad. The replacements are the only problem I've really had with them.

      Eh, tbh the CAT really isn't THAT bad, it's a change from the usual Cummins, but it's not my fav at all. And as far as the ZF tranny goes, damn they so quiet!

    Oh give me a f**king break! The one time Kawasaki isn't gonna be involved in a NYCT car order, and this happens! I swear if I have to hear that damn Alstom propulsion on these things I'm gonna flip! I really hope Bombardier gets to keep this one. They still got the BART contract even after Alstom protested Bombardier getting the award.

    And this is why we have Sprint. If my family can have UNLIMITED data on a 3 line family plan for less $$ than VZ, why would we have them? Because (literally) everyone else does? I won't go near VZ wireless (or AT&T for that matter) until they have unlimited data and they lower their rates. Sprint really isn't bad like people say it is, coverage is fine, the 4G is pretty fast even though it isn't LTE (they are rolling out LTE too), I have no complaints. The only thing I'll use VZ for is FiOS.

    Had quite the experience with Sprint over the past few weeks. My Evo Shift's screen was going nuts, and it wasn't recognizing touch properly. So I took it in to the Sprint store, got a free replacement, and within a few days the screen just stopped lighting up on that. So, I took it in AGAIN, got another replacement today, and now the U button on the keyboard won't work unless you push hard on it. I pointed it out to the guys in the Sprint store as it was like that when I picked it up, but they refused to replace this one, they don't think you have to press hard on it, so I really don't know what to do.
