  1. 1). As B35 pointed out congestion was the reason for the 46 not to extend to WBP. However, with some utilization of some back streets the 46 could of benefit going to WBP. 2). Where is this Target being built at? This would be the 5th Target store in Brooklyn. Downtown, on Flatbush and H, at Gateway, at 18th Avenue & 65th.
  2. Just only wish we were getting XDE60's this year. Now, this order of 108 buses would possibly be a Manhattan/Brooklyn bus order. Since NFI parts are at ENY & Grand Avenue CMF and Queens.
  3. Absolutely NOOOOO metered parking on side streets unless it's commercial neighborhood. NYCDOT regulation.
  4. I believe this award is only for NYCT only. corresponding with what ENY mentioned about the NF award for MTA bus is supposed to be later this year. So yesterday's press release reaffirms the award for NYCTA of 108 additional XD60's.
  5. Copy copy! I kinda thought it would only be the Bronx Division that would get the re-numbering. Since all the LFSA's up to 5530 are already built and ready for delivery. 5500, 5501 are at MJQ.
  6. No clue yet. However, I would only assume. Right now, it's been spotted in the Bronx Division.
  7. Surely ridiculous with the recent weather forecasts. Too many damm nor-easters and too much wear and tare with my vehicle in these streets. 5/7/10 day forecasts don't really mean a damm thing. SMDH
  8. So. We're going back to the triple digit number series for a bit for these buses?
  9. Exactly. When I left my house this morning. Only rain drops 💦 through my vehicle. However, streets are dry. TA over reacted on this one. By Friday and Saturday Temps: 70-80. Spring finally here.
  10. The city got mostly rain. However, I see why they wanted to pull out the artics from service. Better safe than be sorry. Something tells me that GH will get most of the next LFSA order, but also GH always running their LFSA buses to the ground. Just only if ENY CMF or Grand Avenue CMF did LFSA repairs and upgrades than this would be a different story. Also, since the TA is not in the business of building new depots and Central Maintenance Facilities we just have to deal with things at hand currently.
  11. This is excellent. Giving this another 2-3 weeks for the rest of the fleet to come in.
  12. What pictures of the new XDE40? Haven't seen any thing to that plus 9501 and 9503 are somewhere in New York City pending delivery. Also, let's be patient in regards to the roster. Right now there are just too many moves being conducted. The LFSA order looks like its gonna wrap up within a few weeks for MJQ.
  13. Yes and to East 80th and Avenue M. Sometimes the 2S would layover at Seaview and East 80th.
  14. Atlantic and Bedford have them too 😩😡. Weather getting warmer and my windsheld fluid spray is ready.
  15. For me: Riverdale: BxM1, BxM2 Yonkers/Bronx: BxM3, BxM4, BxM6, BxM7/A, BxM8, BxM10, BxM11 Brooklyn: (Home routes) BM1, BM2, BM2S, (When it exisited within Canarsie), BM3, BM5 Queens: QM2, QM3, x63, x64. All others, didn't peak my interest Staten Isl: X1, X2, and X17 (SI Mall).
  16. Now this is interesting. M4 I'd leave alone. Only for the mere reason that it's already Washington Heights to Midtown- Penn Sta via Mad & 5th. The only thing I'd do with the M4 is short turn it at Central Park So & 7th Avenue-57th Street for certain buses, all others to Penn Station. Maybe late nights have it terminate at CPS or 57th and 8th along with the M12 For the M3. That's a different story. There's no limited on this route and that's Washington Heights to Downtown. The issue would only mean which area has the better ridership along the M3 route.
  17. OK! I know about Avenue K... But Kings Highway tho?. That is correct.
  18. I just noticed some construction on Utica and Kings Highway. Kings Highway is not an SBS stop tho.. Although that is a local bus and SBS short turn.
  19. Truthfully and honestly. What's the big deal with not having the I Love NY sign on a deadhead. I mean the bus is already out of service.
  20. Was that bus previously at Yukon before transferring to Queens?
  21. That's about pretty accurate. My list # is 9xxx. No OPA paperwork as of yet.
  22. I could only guess 2 things. The 103 service levels are increasing and the 2003 buses are completely gone from SC. Accurate?
