    Assuming the prices at the pump continues to go Northbound, I can see NICE's ridership going up as well (along with MTA Long Island Railroad's).

    Seems that 2014 NABI BRT 42 hybrids #8023-24 have both been transferred to Andrews Medical Center from Cinder Bed. Meanwhile, the XN40s in the #2800s are all still based out of Bladensburg depot (though someone mentioned recently on another site that one was on the 28A the other day).

    Makes you wonder if this event pretty much caused the R211Ts to be Greenlit behind the scenes. I wouldn't be surprised if they include extra cars, possibly more options to get rid of the R68/R68A fleets as well.

    So is that the plan across the board? I can see how stop eliminations could speed up the buses. I assume the redesigns will include more bus lanes too?

    Oh wow, a B57 limited? I never thought the B57 had enough ridership to justify a limited variant. I suppose it will return to it's pre-2010 Downtown Brooklyn terminus too instead of covering areas south via the former B75 line?

    No, I was speaking within the next 2-3 years, not from anything coming now. The BTE buses will be toast by 2024-25 if it even takes that long.

    That 2 station span is now a crime seen. Anyone observed taking photos in the area run the risk of drawing unwanted attention.....

    Well that's were you and I differ. I see this as an attack because he was able to accomplish his goal without a hitch, causing maximum mayhem. Doesn't need to be middle easter America haters with smuggled military hardware. To it being a hate crime, while it is possible, one would have to ask "why Brooklyn (Park Slope/Red Hook area) instead of Manhattan"? Better yet, why not his own city he was from (Philly)?

    So the 45 option order to replace the 2012-13 EPA10 3G CNGs have been cancelled and replaced by this XN40 order? I wonder if this new batch of XN40s are an option of the XE40 order for up to 36 XE40s? Very interesting scenario.

    Putin has a hand in it for sure, but Biden and the congressional Democrats are the real ones to blame with their liberal agenda to "fight climate change" and "save the polar bears". lol, I could careless about those things.

    Those ballots the dems used were of deceased people, illegals, people who already voted and more. They were fake and these people are scum who don't play by the rules (the Republicans have a history of cheating too as they did the same in 2000, hence getting Bush in office, but I digress).

    Makes sense and then they (Jamaica Depot) can kick out their 2018-19 XD40s to Brooklyn to displace more 2009-10 Orion 7.501 NG hybrids. It is a shame however that Castleton Depot is no longer getting any to displace those loner 2015-16 LFS buses that were sent to them. They also likely lost 2019 Novabus LFS #8709 due to that wreck last month.
