The 44-year-old grandfather was slapped with a misdemeanor public lewdness charge and faces 90 days in jail after a Harlem woman snapped pictures of him allegedly masturbating on a northbound No. train. "That's me in the pictures, my private parts fell out," Bishop told cops, according to court documents. "I looked down and it was out, it just popped out. I was trying to put it back." Bishop was nabbed Thursday, six days after he allegedly victimized Celeana White, who works as an administrative specialist for the FBI and who took the photos of him on her cell phone at about 4:45 p.m. "I deeply apologize for what happened," Bishop told police, according to the court documents. "I do admit the whole truth." I was on A the train one night a few years back and this dirty guy is sitting across from me and he sees this girl sitting half asleep nodding off and he starts sticking his hand in his pants and moaning OH YEAH OH OH OH and I looked at him in disgust and then he pulled it out and I jumped up and was like YO YOU BETTER GET OFF THE TRAIN THIS STOP RIGHT NOW OR ILL CUT YOUR HEAD OFF! and his excuse was "what im not doing anything!" I was like take this sh*t of the train! and then he starts crying how he cant help it since she was just half asleep and laying there asking for it. People are sick in the head.
