Not sure. They're most likely there to fill in for 9637 and 9639. All I know is that those two have been there since yesterday.

Those are loans. MV always covers TU's M31 commonly as you think.

I’ve been aware about the MV fill-in’s ever since they started, though their buses usually stay for less than a day. 4357 has been on the M31 for two straight days now.

Some loans can last for days or even weeks. Tuskegee had to loan some Hale XD60s from them for a few days before returning back to Hale.

4072 now has Tuskegee labels, meaning the NG era have been rekindled at the depot. It is also confirmed that these two NGs are loan-term transfers to Tuskegee.
