The clue was just explained horribly. The station can't magically change places like that. It's still physically on Lexington if you think about it. Granted, the has an stop there but it's technically not the same thing. You should have said, "The station is no longer in service on the Lexington line but the 7th Avenue line has a stop along the same street." to be more clear.
