Queens Surface Posted November 16, 2010 Share #26 Posted November 16, 2010 Once again, that doesnt mean anything, they can look Japanese but they still run on the American rails, it appears you forgot about the M7 and how that looks.... oh no! At least the headlights on the M7s are fine!
SevenEleven Posted November 16, 2010 Share #27 Posted November 16, 2010 oh no! At least the headlights on the M7s are fine! Jesus Christ, why does it matter? The designed the M8s like this, live with it already.

HomeBall Posted November 17, 2010 Share #35 Posted November 17, 2010 Which is true, while most of the assembly is at Nebraska. The M8's will be assembled in Nebraska once production starts, but everything that's on the property now is 100% straight off the boat from Japan. Matt91 Posted November 28, 2010 Share #36 Posted November 28, 2010 My question is if they were made by kawasaki how come they didn't follow the model of the M7/M7As. Man that is a definite butterface... Terrible looking grills. On the side and the interior they are similar just red. Oh well... The M7s were builtby Bombardier

As the story goes kids. The set that fred caught was made entirely in Japan.Remember only 38 are made in Japan and the rest Are made at the Shell body assembly facility in Lincoln Nebraska. And the MTA didnt design the M8 it was designed by (Drumroll) The M-8 was designed by Cesar Vergara, a train designer from Ridgefield, Connecticut And I believe the inaugeral set is in this picture This pic was taken at the Kobe Japan facility with delegates from the MTA and CT.Homeball was on point with that response.
