sovetskii52 Posted August 21, 2011 #7 Posted August 21, 2011 I remember watching this on TV. I still have it saved on my DVR. It was pretty interesting to see how these cars were made. I would watch it again.
dmouse Posted August 21, 2011 #8 Posted August 21, 2011 WE ALL SAW THIS ALREADY DAMN! LOL I Taped it 3 times and gave it to random teachers at my school!
R188 7857 Posted August 21, 2011 Author #9 Posted August 21, 2011 Yup, its on TV for sometime. I like to re-watch it with no advertisments. Just is very cool!

R68 Subway Car Posted August 21, 2011 #11 Posted August 21, 2011 Many of us have seen this on TV already. Good video though.
Broadway Local Posted August 21, 2011 #12 Posted August 21, 2011 The video is why I like the R160As. People may call the propulsion annoying, but I like it. I like the door whirr, and silent door closing. The only thing I don't like about the R160As is that the FINDs and the R160As Interior LEDs. They're okay, but sometimes I see programs not responding, but some are pretty hilarious though. Nice video out there! My first time watching it!

overclocked Posted August 21, 2011 #16 Posted August 21, 2011 Besides seeing this very interesting and cognitive film for the first time, did anyone else find the blue wrap on the train attractive? I mean if the train would be painted with such color it would be pretty dazzling. IMO that is, offcourse.

Nothing new. Already seen ......... lmfao I forgot to say something... Why bother posting if you already saw this? This is for the people who DIDN'T see this....
4P3607 Posted August 21, 2011 #18 Posted August 21, 2011 I like the part at how they are explaining how the seats are installed. What I like about it is that they say that "not only are the seats extremly durable, they are also comfortable...". As everyone knows, those seats are one of the most uncomfortable seats ever... lol. Now that I saw that video I actually do give some credit to the R160. As they explained, it is very advanced in technology and gives alot more features to passengers and Train operators. as R68 Subway car said, I wish they left the blue film on there lol.
R68 Subway Car Posted August 21, 2011 #19 Posted August 21, 2011 Looking at the process behind building these subway cars gives you a greater respect for the people who build these things. It never ceases to impress me.
Joel Up Front Posted August 21, 2011 #21 Posted August 21, 2011 I watched the entire thing from about 8:30 PM to about quarter to ten. Awesome stuff, I wonder how many trucks were sent between those 1,500+ cars. And how T/O's don't mind holding the dead man's switch/controller that way for an hour straight.
