Because of a serious riot in Bed Stuy, (A), ©, & (G) trains cannot run in the following areas:

Nostrand Avenue-Hoyt Schemerhorn.

Wow that is one big riot! :)

(A)

  • Inwood to Jay St

  • Utica Av to Ozone Park/Rockaway Park/Far Rockaway

  • via local tracks from Euclid Av to Utica Av

©

  • 168 St to Jay St

(G)

  • Court Sq to Bedford Norstrand Avs

Edit: I hadn't reloaded this page in half an hour so I didn't notice TheSubwayStation's identical answer. Sorry about that.

GET AT ME

Why close Grand Street if you can single track it to the station? Just split the D 205-Laffayette and the other track Laffayette-Grand Street. I mean if it's not much of a problem. The 2 Broadway Express? You mean express after Times Square right? That would be my guess. As for the 5 well, if the 4 is running local just send it to Grand Central. It wouldn't be useful as just a Dyre Avenue Shuttle. Just nitpicking a bit chief.

P.S. I can't wait to ride that C to Lefferts!! :P

OK, new scenario, no wars involved...

Because of a serious riot in Bed Stuy, (A), (C), & (G) trains cannot run in the following areas:

Nostrand Avenue-Hoyt Schemerhorn.

Reroute!

Very similar to what I did for a derailment of the (A) a while back:

(A) runs in two sections:

207th Street-Coney Island (F) station, running express to Church Avenue

Broadway Junction-Far Rockaway making local stops to Euclid Avenue

Lefferts (S) replaces the (A) between Lefferts Boulevard and Broadway Junction, running express Euclid-Broadway Junction

(C) runs normal to West 4th, then via the (M) and then (J) to the Broadway Junction (J) platform, where it terminates (running peak-direction express).

(F) is shortened to Church Avenue or Kings Highway as the (A) replaces the (F) Church Avenue-Coney Island

(G) runs Court Square to Metropolitan Avenue ONLY (trains use both tracks in both directions Nassau-Metropolitan Avenue)

Not too sure about this one's FOAM levels.

(S) replaces the (A) between Lefferts Boulevard and Broadway Junction, running express Euclid-Broadway Junction

not bad...

(C) runs normal to West 4th, then via the (M) and then (J) to the Broadway Junction (J) platform, where it terminates (running peak-direction express).

It was all good until you sent it via the (J)...

(F) is shortened to Church Avenue or Kings Highway as the (A) replaces the (F) Church Avenue-Coney Island

Do you REALLY think that would be more practical than just sending the (A)(C) to Jay St???? Or do you just wish you could see an (A) at Coney Island...

Anyway, NEXT:

Switches between the express and local tracks at Queens Plaza are unusable. In other words, the (M) can't get between the 53 St tunnel and the Queens Blvd local tracks. Remember, this is rush hour on the QBL that we're talking about. You can't have the (M) run express with the (E)(F).

Technically, with some delays, you can, but I'm not going to debate that...

(M): Via (B) line to 168th Street, Manhattan.

For service along Queens Boulevard, use the (E) at 7th Avenue.

OK, seriously? This is pure foam. When you reply to a scenario, don't do ish like (C) via the (J)...

Why send the (M) to such a faraway place?

My solution:

(M) runs via the (F) in both directions between 36 St, Queens and 47/50 Sts, Manhattan.

THIS TAKES PLACE ON A WEEKEND.

Because of a political convention and related overcrowding, the two Penn Station stations are unusable.

Have all trains skip 34 St-Penn Station :D!

Nah, just kidding. I assume you mean that 34 St-Penn Station is impassible.

(A) runs via (D) between W 4 St and 59 St, makes all local stops in Manhattan and Brooklyn

(C) suspended

(E) Jamaica Center - Lexington Av/53 St

(1) 242 St - 96 St; uptown trains run non-stop from 96 St to 137 St

(2) runs via (5) between Nevins St and 149 St - Grand Concourse

(3) 148 St - Times Sq-42 St

(4) extended to New Lots Av

Customers who need (1)(2)(3) service south of 42 St, or (1) local service at skipped stations north of 42 St are advised to take (A)(D)(E)(F) trains.

THIS TAKES PLACE AT 9:30 PM:

Because of a 12-9 murder investigation, a (D) is stuck at 34th Street-Herald Square. The whole station is closed, and all Broadway line trains skip the station.

Reroute the (B), (D), & (F). (M) service ends early because of an unrelated incedent.

Very simple as I would run service during this situation like how they run service during the 6th av Fastrack.

(D) spilt into 2 sections 1,205st and Second Av (F) via 8th av local from 145st to west 4 st. 2, Whitehall st (R) and Coney Island vis 4thav local.

(F) rerouted via the (E) from west 4 st to Rossevelt Av.

(B) ends early.

(A)(C) run express from 145st to Canalst

(Q) extended to 21 st.

Cuostmers who need 6th av service should use 8th av line stations for rerouted service.

FIXED:

(B): Trains run in 2 sections.

1. Between Bedford Park Blvd/145th St & World Trade Center (E) Station via 8th Av Express

2. Between Times Sq-42nd St (Q) and Brighton Beach.

(C): Runs express between 59th & Canal Sts.

(D): Trains run in 2 sections.

1. Between 205th St & 2nd Av (F) via 8th Av Local.

2. Between Whitehall St (R) & Coney Island.

Everything here is good, except I forgot to add that you can't suspend the (B) or (C). Try again.

That's 34.5tph on 8th Avenue local uptown. Better to run trains with minimal delays than screw people over by forcing them to transfer a bunch of times. (After 9 there should be no more delays)
