Assuming connections on the Brooklyn side towards Manhattan can be used:

runs normal route to 14th Street ONLY
and run to 34th Street-Penn Station ONLY
also runs in Brooklyn between Borough Hall station and Flatbush Avenue

All Lexington Avenue lines from the Bronx terminate at Grand Central, however:
Select trains terminate at 149th Street
Select trains terminate at East 180th Street
Select trains terminate at 3rd Avenue

trains to Lefferts Boulevard run as follows:
Local between 59th Street and West 4th Street

There is no train service between 14 St and 96 St in both directions. Some southbound trains terminate at 137 St - City College.

Also, just to be salty, the MTA decides to cut power of the BMT Astoria line.
