Seems like a smart idea, but it makes no sense to send the to Forest Hills to have access to two yards. Your would have no yards. Makes more sense to have the go Queens Blvd Lcl to have access to Jamaica, and to Astoria. But, at that point, you might as well call it the ..... 

 

Also, can’t the ’s R32 and R42 not clear Montague anymore?
