You haven’t cut 4 lines as required by the scenario. You’ve only partially cut 4 lines and 1 other. Due to severe budget cuts, the MTA is forced to cut a minimum of four Subway Lines..... What would you do? What re-routes? Some short-turn at 148 Street. All of them go to New Lots Avenue. is eliminated. trains go to Brooklyn College–Flatbush Avenue. trains go to Crown Heights–Utica Avenue. is eliminated. is truncated to Manhattan terminating at 96 Street. is eliminated. is eliminated. Seems like a smart idea, but it makes no sense to send the to Forest Hills to have access to two yards. Your would have no yards. Makes more sense to have the go Queens Blvd Lcl to have access to Jamaica, and to Astoria. But, at that point, you might as well call it the ..... The 53rd, 60th and 63rd tunnels and the Lexington Avenue Line and SAS are ALL affected by this. Instead of suspending the , route it through the Crosstown Express Portion, terminating at the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street station by re-utilizing the "ghost" platform. Lexington Avenue service should be broken into two sections: the between Woodlawn and 125th Street [terminal on Uptown side], and between 42nd Street & Utica Avenue. the between Dyre Av & 125th Street [terminal and rerun on Downtown side]. the between Pelham Bay & 125th Street [terminal on uptown side]. The would have to connect passengers between Times Square and Queensboro Plaza with the train broken between Times Sq & Stilwell Avenue, and the 31st Street shuttle. the can terminate at Queens Plaza and customers who need Manhattan should Xfer at 74th Street to use the for the above scenario (since Queensboro Plaza and Queens Plaza are disjointed). BTW, what is SAS? I think I missed a detail that might ground this roleplay.
