Rockaways service is always poor- 20-30 minute headways on summer weekends are rather normal, so much so that I was surprised to only wait 7 mins for a train to RPK after missing one over the summer. Makes me wonder if the low ridership (mainly on the RPK branch) is a result of the poor service they provide.

Here's how I belive something: If your going to provide poor service on a line, there's a 90% chance that lines ridership will stay low.
