Being that the entire area is in a valley, and the is still technically below sea level and it gives the impression that its high up in the sky. The only thing close would be no active express track use which applies to the 1 or the 4 lines. So taking a stab at it I'll say 161st Yankees stadium. As for mine, I'm a station which changed drastically in the late 90's, but still has remnants of an expansion which never came to fruition.
