All of these stations are acceptable, but the one I was looking for was Lexington Avenue-59th street, which is what Threxx and pjbr40 said. I should have clarified the riddle and included I am one of the first major connections between the IRT and BMT/IND.

*note*

First - not historic-wise, but location-wise

Guest Charles

I'm a station that's parallel to my brother station. We're almost identical, but one thing sets us apart. You can eeasily separatee betweeen us.

Hint: I didn't select for us to be different, but it seems as if history simply played out that way.

What station am I?

Who is the brother station?

Jamaica Center-Parsons/Archer and Parsons Blvd

I have a similar answer for Charles:

Suphin Bvld/Hillside Ave (F)

Suphin Bvld/Archer Ave (E)

They are parallel, have a history behind it that we all know.

Edit: Not it.

14th Street BMT Broadway (N)(Q)(R)

14th Street IRT (4)(5)(6)

If I got it pass, busy today, Mr. Charles.
