So yeah, after Barge o Death, we (Me, Zach, and Harry) decided to hit up Brighton to shoot photos of our soon to be retired friends, the R40 Slants. Caught other along the way.

And then something that surprised me. Got to the platform at 62nd Street on the West End line, and see the signals on the express tracks are lit green. So I'm waiting for an (M) train, look towards 55th Street and see a train come around the curve, looked strange, and what do you know, its a (D) train barreling down the express track.

Thanks man! Heh, I love living out here in Jersey anyway! Wish I lived in a better spot but I'm happy where I'm at now. The commute to/from NY is what I like best. :D

The R40 and R40M will be gone soon from the (:D. R68 and R68A's will rule the (B) soon, nice photos, you did an awesome job on them. I hope the R40 cars will continue to roll on the (B) for a few months more and hopefully one more year:cool:

Nice pics. Too bad the slants will be pretty much dead soon.
