Ive followed the tracks down by 1st Ave and that yard, some parts of the track seem to be in really bad condition, I guess they load it somewhere down there. They already started at the Brooklyn Army Terminal, some construction company called Railroad Construction Co, INC. is in charge Amazing pictures!!!
