Uhh I think it's a parts bus but it's been sitting for a year in that spot. It was never brought to east Chester, it was driven right from castleton - SC. I was there the day it was driven to their yard. Wow Great photos!! That shot of 4814, 514, and 502 are amazing! Spring Creek is like the perfect depot. It looks so peaceful, and organized and clean. Thanks, it looks alright to me. I would pick into this for MTA Bus if I ever get the chance to. Express all day!! But I can't be picky just yet.
