Not much of a difference. It's still a hazard. I really don't see the point of having them on the local buses. They make more sense on the express buses since those are commuter buses, but all this will do is give local bus riders an excuse to be further distracted and create more delays in people getting off.

On a semi related note the MTA Press Release is so vague, that when I linked it on twitter last night, it gave my friends the impression that these buses would be on their morning B16 the next day...

Lots of bunching on the high frequency lines as well. 6 Eastbound Bx12 SBS buses showed up at PBP within 10 minutes.

Not only that, but traffic. IDK what was going on in Manhattan today, but the 4 PM QM25 from Downtown took a little more than 3 hours to get to Glendale. That bus had to do the last outbound trip, which it did at around 8:20 (80 minutes late). The QM3 buses in the PM were all closeby to each other on Northern Blvd (there's only 3 buses, on 30 minute headways). Other routes were so behind.

Oh well... You have to become a player in the game instead of hanging on the sidelines... Life goes by too fast to be heartbroken. Just ask all of the men that have been married 3 and 4 times. lol

Don't give up. I know how frustrating it can be to fill out what feels like a thousand applications and not hear back from any, but you have to keep at it. Something will turn up.

Sometimes it's for the better. I remember I got rejected from a lot of positions, but I kept looking, found something with the state that paid more, was more flexible on working around my school schedule, and closer to home. If I had given up, I wouldn't have found it.

lol... Go OUT and socialize. That's how you make friends. You certainly won't do that on Facebook. I have made a few friends that way that befriended me, but overall it's not my cup of tea.

Funny thing, my mom is considering shutting down her FB because of all the drama that happened yesterday with some fake ass family members. But as I said in a recent status, that's none of my buisness. My point is it's not always good to use the internet to make contact with others because you may see things you don't like and just feel like flipping tables, and possibly get depressed.

I don't even know the j'ouvert (brooklyn) route anymore... It used to be along church av b/w flatbush av & utica, but last I heard, the j'ouvert route ends up at eastern parkway (where the actual labor parade is... which makes sense)
