  3. Well if you realizied, the first and last Three Trains on the line start/end on Sea Beach Line when the operated. IIRC some turned into on an operators last run of the day, meaning for easier access to CI Yard. If anything, make it run to Bay Parkway via the
  4. Rerouted via 8 Avenue Local Rerouted via 8 Avenue Some service Rerouted On 6 Avenue some service Rerouted on Crosstown Sone service terminates at Myrtle Avenue Retain Via Broadway Local and every other train north of 36 street Via Broadway Local and every 5th train north of Prospect Park Every 5 train operates North of 36 street Also runs local along 4th Avenue and express every 5 th Train Next: A Q23 bus hit a wooden pole at 103 street that fell on the elevated structure Also: A Q64 falls into a pit under Queens Blvd and 70 th Road Reroute all trains
  5. Maybe the Bx23/4 has been chaotic plan, but the Bx5 would extend to Co-Op City to JCPenny, then continue to City Island. The Artics would remain on Mainland Bronx, while 40 footers continue to city Island on the Bx5. The Bx29 riders would still have a one seat route to Co-Op, and have an option of going to Southwestern Bronx as well, nobody would lose anything. It gives an option to go further past Co-Op city. Summer service would be unaffected

  8. I want one To Manhattan: And Brooklyn To Broad Street to 14 street-8 Avenue at all times Can I have the in G.O signage
  9. Q23: I also suggested a limited stop pattern stopping along 43/108, Corona/108, HHE/108, 62DR/108, 63Av/108, 65 Av/108, 67 Rd/108, Forest Hills-71 Avenue subway, then Austin/69, Burns/69 Avenue, Fleet/69, then local stops to Union Turnpike. Under the express pattern there would still be local service provided by short-turns. Q29/Q49: Q29/Q49 can also be combined from 37 Avenue as well. Besides it can run non-stop on 37 Avenue and 83/82 streets
  10. Correct. In this case, M20 riders from 14 street to 63 still have the M7/10Southbound Service will also remain one-seated Northbound riders would have to transfer to the M10 from points south of 14 street if they are going to point north on 8 Avenue
  11. In that case, there is the M7. Same through service. Northbound service would shift from 8 to 6 Avenue at 14 STREET. The M10 would take over from that point.
  12. Q60X. Local until Jamaica, then subway stations stops until 71 Avenue, then Express to Manhattan
  13. I'm only touching routes I know Q1: Retain Q3: Some increased headways rush-hours Q4: Nothing much we can do Q5: Some Green Acers Limited-Stop Service Q6: Retain Q7: Extend Some trips to Van Wyck and Conduit or Guy.R Brewer and Baisley Blvd. Q7 then can be based more out of Baisley Q8: Retain Q11: Add extra service dear lord. I hate being flagged by 4-5 buses at the 66th Avenue Stop towards QCM Q12: Retain q13: Retain Q14: Renamed from Q15A Q15A: Renamed Q14 Q16: I honestly think the Utopia Avenue Branch should be called something else Q17: Retain Q18: Send several buses to Glendale during rush hours, since buses can easily flag me at the Queens Blvd bus stop. These buses would operate regular route until Woodside/65 PL, then Woodside Avenue, and Q47 route to Glendale Q20: Add extra flushing trips from Jamaica at 8:07 AM and 5:55 PM to relieve overcrowding from other buses rush hours Q21: Last Stop should be on the mainland honestly. When I fanned on Jan 8, I was the only one on the bus, and it was the8:30 Bus Q23: Some buses can go either express to 71 Avenue from LIE during rush hours or some can run limited stop service along 108 Street Q29/Q49: Merged with and connected by Roosevelt Avenue. Bus would operate Q49 route, Roosevelt Avenue to 82 street, than Q29 route at 82 street, and vice-virsa. The route will be called Q49. Q38: Eliminated. Unless CP maintains this bus better. Today 5
  14. The M9/10 would replace it. I didn't suggest the M10 to SF, just to 14 M35: Dunno what to do M50/57: Ti fill in for heavy ridership priods

  16. Can we eliminate the B14 section of East Parkway and combine it with the B12, thus meaning eliminating E. New York Avenue service, probably reverting by extendeing the Q56 or something, also B1: Limited stop service along the 86 street Corridor B2;Eliminated B3: Retain B4:Some Evening Service Retained to Knapp Street B6: Can terminate at Flatlands Avenue at the Junction B7:Retain B8: Some service restored alternatively to 95 street B11: Extended to Ashford Street and New Lots Circle b12; See above paragraph B13: Retain b14:See above B15: JFK service is limited stop or vice versa, as well as an extra stop at Cross Bay Blvd B16: Retain B17: Retain b24: Restore some weekend hour service B25/26:B25- Merged with B83. 17. Can I just ask what does NIMBY mean. I constantly hear it, in several threads, but don't know what it means
  18. Well 130 street would have local service to Jamaica and Limited-Stop Service to Kew. Gardens. If anything to maintain any connections maybe Q9 can go to LIRR AIRTRAIN via Rockaway Blvd and Lefferts to the station, then maybe if there is demand to go to the Airport, meaning Q10 service (Local ALL)go via 130 Street. The Q10 would only have only one branch instead of two. Shoturns is over, and Pan Am Trips either turn into Q9 trips or rerouted to 130 street and stay a Q10 Local. Q10 Limiteds would be unchanged or be more frequent.
  19. I would go with the Q7 to Nassau. We are taking a tri-boro route in this sense now, so wouldn't hurt. Q85 SUCKS AS IT IS. Inconsitent bunchin, etc..
  20. Q7: Buses can just stay on Rockaway Blvd and not detourQ9: Extended to JFK via 130 Street Q10: Local via 130 and Pan Am will be limited runs Q52: When Instituted, makes limited stops for Q53 Q53: Service from Woodhaven, then express to the Bay Refuge only 7 AM-7PM Weekdays
  21. S40: Revert trips back to holland whatever it's called once to St.George and Once to to Holland. Weekend service restored along Bell Blvd only Q38:Consolidaded Q67: Operate on 69, then Q38 route to M station from 69/Eliot, then continue Q38 route to Queens/63 Ed Q59: Extended to 108 street/62 DR via Q38 routing Q52: When instituted should follow Q38 route from Corona to Woodhaven, then limited route to Arverne Q88: Extended along Eliot Avenue to 69/Eliot via Eliot Others: Unchanged The shopping shuttle is a free bus service from Regi shopping center to QCM during the shopping season (September-January).
